YOUR DETAILS

How we use
your information.

This notice covers the launch interest lists and contact form on YogaTeachers.info, an initiative by GetOnYoga.

What we collect

We collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, teaching stage, institute, and message. Optional fields are labelled. We also record when you submit, your consent, and campaign labels included in the page link.

Why we collect it

We use teacher interest details to send launch information, institute enquiries to discuss participation, and contact messages to respond to the enquiry. A contact message does not subscribe you to marketing.

What is public

Nothing you enter in these forms is published as a teacher or institute profile. We will ask before sharing your personal details with a training institute for verification.

Security and service providers

Authorised administrators can review submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to check for automated submissions. Our application also uses temporary rate-limit records and security logs to help prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the interest list by emailing namaste@yogateachers.info. We do not sell your information.

Retention

We keep interest-list details while handling your interest in the launch, and enquiry details while handling your request. You can ask us to remove them. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled expiry.

When profiles open

We will publish the terms and privacy information for teacher profiles and institute verification before those features open.
